Sharon and Ted will help the new owner(s) including moving.

In addition to the $100,000, you will need about $25,000 in operating capital. You will also have to find a new location. We would also strongly suggest you set aside at least $25,000 in addition for the development and implementation of an e-commerce web site. Austin and surrounding area folks would much rather buy online from us instead of Amazon, etc.
